The Defense Headquarter has uncovered the new strategies contrived by Boko Haram terrorists to shroud explosives.
In an announcement discharged on Thursday, January 14, the acting Director Defense Information, Brigadier General Rabe Abubakar said this is a continuation with the sharpening of our natives on the insidious technique of the terrorists.
