The All Progressives Congress, APC, has responded to the call by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, for the reprimand of President Muhammadu Buhari.
The PDP assaulted the president after the senate blamed the administration for modifying the 2016 spending plan.
In an announcement on Thursday, PDP requested that National Assembly impugn Buhari, and called for acquiescence of the fund priest, Kemi Adeosun, and spending plan and national arranging clergyman, Udo Udoma.
Be that as it may, the APC has released the call as "humorous". In its response, the decision party said:
"It is befuddling and troubling that the PDP requires an examination concerning the financial backing issue and in the meantime requires the evacuation and renunciation of the previously stated," the gathering said in an announcement by its national secretary, Mala Buni.
"In both substance and setting, PDP's announcement constitute a diversion to the National Assembly."
The gathering said it was sure that the eighth National Assembly would not be occupied by the PDP in "its new urgent plot to occupy consideration from the progressing examination concerning mind-boggling instances of debasement sustained under its outdated 16-year principle".
