I was just passing by today along Lekki phase 2 roundabout to Chisco roundabout, was in the holdup caused by Oando filling station, when I saw people running and later saw Man O'War Pickup and Black Maria and officer on uniform running after the road hawkers with armful items like cutlass, iron, stick etc.
When asked what happened and why all this, one of the Man O War man said one of them was killed by the people selling in the holdup and selling on the express road is against the law and they are pursuing them so that they can take them to the station.
And among the pictures bellow you will see the anti zero tolerance pickup driving one way on the road and is that not them breaking one of the rules that they are to enforce?
