Cristiano Ronaldo has broken his tally of goals in a season after scoring a hattrick in the first half against Getafe, bringing his tally to 61.
Though Madrid lost out on the La Liga trophy, it didn’t hold them back from ending the season on a high.
The match against Getafe ended 7-3.
Ronaldo put Madrid ahead in the front in the 13th minute after connecting with Marcelo’s cross. Getafe scored two goals in a matter of minutes to put themselves in front. Ronaldo equalled his previous tally of 60 goals when he scored a freekick and brought Madrid level.
Ronaldo scored his 48th la liga goal from the spot and put Madrid in front again. The goal broke his 2011-12 record and brought his tally to 61 and making it his 313th goal in 300 games for Los Blancos.
