The Governor of Kwara state,Alhaji Abdulfatah Ahmed has dissolved his state executive council cabinet with immediate effect.
This was contained in a statement issued by the Secretary to the State Government(SSG)Alh Isiaka Gold made available to journalists in Ilorin.
Those affected are the Special Advisers,Senior Special Assistants,Special Assistants,Liaison Officers and Youth Employment Coordinators, all boards of government owned companies,commissions,parastatals and organisations other than those of statutory status.
According to the statement all commissioners are to hand over government’s properties in their custody to permanent secretaries,while heads of other MDAS must hand over to the most senior officer in their establishment.
The governor in the statement thanked all the affected political office holders for their immeasurable contributions to the success of his administration in the last four years and wishes them success in their future endeavours and wished them success with their future endeavours.
