I am sure you are very much aware how much nigerian police are intimidating okada riders. The order given to them to seize motorcycles on highway, I am sure it is not longer active.
They even go as far as catching in streets, even in communities where commercial motorcycle is legalised. They are taking this thing to the extreme. They even injure the riders and their passenger without feeling remorse.
I was driving by the national stadium when i saw sometging annoying if i may say. A group of policemen highlighted from a commercial bus and hijack a biker and his passenger. The passenger feel off and got injured. They ignored him even when he screamed for help.
The bikeman resisted and they all beat him to a pulp and left him lying down on the highway. All this happen at the traffic light under bridge national stadium.
They beat him up and left him lying down. Passers by where the one who tried to help him. I took some pictures, please check for the attachment it contains the pictures.
The Government should please do something.
