Unknown gunmen suspected to be kidnappers abducted a Syrian national named Mah Fath Nagor, an engineer with RIM Construction Company, on Monday March 9th in Awe LGA of Nassarawa State.
According to reports, the kidnappers stormed a construction site where the Syrian and others were working around 9.30am, shooting sporadically into the air to scare everyone and then forced the man into their vehicle and drove off to an unknown destination. The kidnappers are now asking for N50m ransome for his release. The state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Ismaila Numan, while confirming the incident said the police is working towards the release of the man.
