Oscar has warned Jose Mourinho’s new £26m man Juan Cuadrado: You’ll be hated at Chelsea!, UK’s Star reports.
The Colombia winger, 26, completed a move to Stamford Bridge from Fiorentina yesterday. Brazilian ace Oscar made the switch from Internacional in 2012 and has told Cuadrado it won’t be easy at Chelsea.
He tweeted: “Welcome to the biggest club in the world, @cuadrado.
When you’re @chelseafc, #therewillbehaters.” Cuadrado, who can play on either flank or behind the striker, has signed a four-and-a-half year contract.
He said: “The best part about this dream is that I’m going to be part of such a big club.
“For me that is a huge motivation to perform well.
“I’m a quick and positive player and I hope to show that on the field of play and help all of my team-mates.
“It is really going to be brilliant to work with one of the best coaches anywhere in the world. “I’m very proud to be playing for him and I think he is going to help me grow into a better player.”
